“Nearly 1 year ago to the day I completed my first triathlon. I had 0 experience and had frankly never swam more than 2 laps in a pool. I can and will talk about how great of a coach KP is, but what people should know first is how committed and dedicated he is to those he invests in. That's really what he does, he invests in the goals and lives of those he coaches. From 7:00am coffee connects on Sunday, to 9:00pm calls about training on a random Wednesday, he's there.
KP helped design a customized training regime for me and my goals. This was an 8 month program that covered everything from what workout to do when, when to lift, what to lift, how far to swim, bike, run, and at what pace and intervals. The depth of the program would leave even an advanced athlete impressed. And the best part...it was so easy to understand!! Every week I got a 1 page breakdown on what to do each day that week. Easy as that, just follow the program!
Again, never swimming more than 2 laps, to swimming a 1.2 mile event in open water. Never riding more than 6 miles on a bike to riding 56 miles in 93 degree heat. Never running more than a 5k to running a half marathon...and all the over in the same day!
There is no way I would have been properly trained, hydrated, or educated enough to do anything like this without the help and support of KP. KP you are more than just a coach, you are a great person and friend. KP you're the man, and I can’t wait to do another Half Ironman with you!”

Seriously, I don't know a better coach. Kevin takes time to write out workouts that are specific to you. if you don't understand them or need help modifying movements he is always there to help make your training better. He can do it all! from building you workouts to help lose weight or building muscle. need help with nutrition he's got you. If you have a big race on the calendar or just want to lose weight for that wedding he is your person!!”
